Latin America's iOS Fashion Game Trends in Q1 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, the fashion gaming category witnessed diverse trends among the top iOS applications in Latin America. Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into the performance of these applications, highlighting their downloads, revenue, and active users.

Project Makeover by Magic Tavern, Inc. showed a declining trend in downloads, starting from approximately 288K in the last week of December 2020 and tapering to around 72K by the end of March 2021. Weekly active users peaked at 400K in the first week of January and generally remained above 350K throughout the quarter. Revenue for the app started at around $57K and witnessed a slight decline to approximately $59K by the end of the quarter.

The Covet Fashion: Dress Up Game from Crowdstar LLC saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, with a notable spike to $28K in mid-February. Downloads for the game remained under 10K for most weeks, with active users showing a slight decrease from 30K at the beginning of the quarter to around 21K by the end of March.

CRAZY STYLE LTD's Super Stylist Fashion Makeover experienced a decrease in both downloads and active users, with downloads reducing from around 18K to 10K and active users dropping from 105K to 77K from the start to the end of the quarter. Revenue followed a similar downward trend, starting at approximately $5.5K and ending at about $2.5K.

Eye Art: Perfect Makeup Artist, published by AppDancer, showed an interesting pattern with an increase in downloads from 9K to nearly 20K from the beginning to the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a significant rise, from around 10K to 20K in the same period, with revenue peaking at $1.7K in the final weeks of March.

The game Toca Boca Jr Hair Salon 4 by Piknik sustained moderate download numbers, hovering between 5K and 8K. Active users remained fairly stable, ranging from 15K to 19K. Revenue saw a peak of $1.5K in mid-February but generally stayed below $1K for the rest of the quarter.
